Image & Print of the Year 2022/2023

The finale of a busy competition season for f4 Photographic was held last night. We saw the top images in all of our print and PDI competitions competing for the Image of the Year and Print of the Year trophies. We had invited Mike Barnard from f.0cus in Bridlington to judge and provide critique. He entertained us with helpful observations and humour which was much appreciated by all.

The Print of the Year was won by Cameron Thomson with "Gee Up". In second and third places was Steve Littlewood with "Singing Sedge Warbler" and "A Little Sip". The trophy was presented to Cameron by Mike.

The Image of the Year was won by Gareth Morgan with "Tom, Dick and Harriet". Second place went to Tony Evans with "Is This right?" and third place went to Gareth with "The Dying of the Light" Mike again presented the trophy.

Well done to everyone for their efforts throughout the year and let's look forward to a new range of competition categories for 2023-2024. Congratulations to our winners, Cameron and Gareth and thanks again to Mike.
